We will be kicking off 2014 with a bang!

Julie Willoz of Willoz Consulting will be presenting "Overcoming Challenging Employee Relations".  During this session you will: review various difficult employees and associated challenges; discover pro-Active & reactive strategies to overcome the challenges; and discover new tools to implement to help overcome all different types by establishing a positive and better connected working relationship.

About the presenter: Julie Willoz is a dynamic speaker, coach, and leader who has been inspiring others to achieve their dreams for over ten years. Companies hire her to educate team members on improved methods of customer service, leadership methods, business communications, and interpersonal workplace relations.  Her leadership values were formed when she was a Guest Service Manager with the Walt Disney World Resort from 1999-2003. Julie retired her mouse ears after nearly five years recruiting to start a family and honed her career management strategy skills as a Career Consultant for the A.B. Freeman School of Business with Tulane University. She moved from her full time role with Tulane University to Adjunct Faculty in 2010 and launched Willoz Consulting.

Her insights have contributed to two books, “Employee Engagement: Lessons from the Mouse House” and “I Got my Dream Job and So Can You”. Julie has her Master degree in Organizational Management and serves as Adjunct Faculty with Tulane University.

Julie is very active in civic and community organizations in the greater New Orleans area, including the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, WYES, and the Delta Gamma sorority at Loyola University.
